Prohibited Activities

Payments & Fees
Commission Structure
- USSD-only voting: 7% commission per vote
- Web-only voting: 10% commission per vote
- Web + USSD voting: 13% commission per vote
- Enterprise: Custom pricing based on requirements
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through secure gateways
- Commissions are deducted from vote transactions
- Settlements are processed daily to organizers
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
- We own all intellectual property rights to the Service
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
- All content on our platform is protected by copyright
- Exapolls trademarks and logos are our property
Your Content
- You retain rights to content you submit to the Service
- You grant us license to use your content to provide the Service
- You are responsible for the content you submit
- We may remove content that violates these terms
Limitations & Liability
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- We are not liable for third-party service interruptions
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service
Liability Limitations
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months
- We are not responsible for organizer or voter conduct
- You indemnify us against claims from your use of the Service
Governing Law & Disputes
Applicable Law
- These terms are governed by laws of Ghana
- Any disputes will be resolved in Accra courts
- We comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act
- International users submit to Ghana jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution
- Contact us first to resolve any issues informally
- Mediation is required before legal action
- Claims must be filed within one year of the incident
- Class action lawsuits are waived where permitted
